Our Client Success and Care functions include all aspects of user support, from resolving a user’s technical issues to providing in-depth team training on Avatara Platform’s innovative tools and features.

Support Desk services are available 24×7 and include phone, chat, text, and email contact options. Additionally, Ava – our evolving AI agent, proactively assists users with experience optimization recommendations, often resolving potential issues before they arise and reducing the need to contact the Support Desk.

Avatara Account Managers serve as an extension of your team. They value client satisfaction, are accountable for your relationship with Avatara, and strive to ensure your success with Avatara Platform. Your Account Manager supports project and change management planning, ensures efficient and successful order processing, and conduct joint business reviews to keep what matters most to you on track.

Additionally, our Orders and Projects Teams support our clients’ move, add, change, and delete (MACD) needs, while our Field Teams supports client onboarding, new site additions, and other site dispatch requirements.
